Manifestations Of Youth.

While tidying up my room, i found these nametags that were given to me years back when i read at a rate of 2 books weekly.

Recalled are the secondary school days when i will help the teacher in charge of the library to wrap the books in plastic covers so i can read them first. And the later days in upper sec when i also have a small say in which titles and series to procure from the supplier.

I lament the days when my collections was this messy for i have since given away all my childhood reading to my cousins. But space is always a problem now that TV and computers have infiltrated my room.

Ignorance is the curse of God; knowledge is the wing wherewith we fly to heaven.

The Law of large numbers is a probability fundamental concept that i often use to remark upon other people success in life minor/major challenges.

The fundamental concept of law of large number is simply to gather enough sample size and such SD will be near to the population SD. Let me use the fellow who get lotsa sex version to explain.

The lucky fellow Version.
Someone told me about his lucky friend who got lucky with a different woman every week. What other people do not see is the frequency of clubvisits weekly,the amount of women and general quality his friend try to hit upon. This lucky fellow is an example of the law, with enough tries~he keep going till he suceed. However comparing the sucess rate, it may just will be a 1-2% hit rate. The difference is the fellow simply try hard enough and move on after every rejections.

So Life is not fair huh..
And of cos one will will heard about that yandao/charming fellow who always have a 50% hit success rate. before you rebuke Law of Large number, understand that in such instance other laws such as LAW OF TRUELY LARGE NUMBER or AVERAGE VS MARGINAL EFFECT comes into play.

For example,a society employs the very best scientists first, and conducts research in the most worthwhile areas first, then the average return will be higher than the marginal return. Likewise the fellow who is either damm yandao, damm funny(Think PK), damm rich(Think DF) or simply his boner damm big(Think Fey). Conclusion.

Stop yakking about failed attempts in life and go out and try somemore. After all with the law of large number in place, the “Yes, let’s get a room” will come sooner or later….

Just Believe in it for success is build upon failure.
