I have a motorcycle accident on the expressway years back..
I have a accident on CNY eve years back..
I mounted the road divider when i was drunk years back..
I scraped thru numberous road block when intoxicated…
It been a while since i drove.
Within half an hour after taking delivery of the car today, i kana one summon..
Worse still, i did tear the coupons but just decided to set it 15min later.
I have no luck with traffic…@#$%^&*()(*&^$#

i always tear my coupons 20mins away. nothing happen so far leh… if urs is only a 10 mins lapse can go appeal for waiver. tell them u’re using a pasar malam watch and the time is off by 10mins.
