Two month back, i wrote a No luck with traffic post
No luck with traffic..
I also recall what the fortune teller told me about me requiring caution in regards to traffic.(Jiao Tong Zhi Yi)
I have a motorcycle accident on the expressway years back..
I have a accident on CNY eve years back..
I mounted the road divider when i was drunk years back..
I scraped thru numberous road block when intoxicated…
It been a while since i drove.
Within half an hour after taking delivery of the car today, i kana one summon..
Worse still, i did tear the coupons but just decided to set it 15min later.
I have no luck with traffic…@#$%^&*()(*&^$#
Today i park at private estate and walk out to the coffeeshop and grab a 15min dinner. Upon my return, i got a parking offence notice which did not indicate the composition fine amount. The offence was for parking opp continuous white line.
Who the hell was it that told me that single white line from 7pm to 7am can park your car.
Who kana parking ticket in private estate before.
Who kana parking ticket which did not indicate fine amount before.

eh. 7pm to 7am is single continuous yellow line BY THE SIDE of the road! NOT a single white line IN THE MIDDLE of the road!
single white line in the middle of the road means no overtaking over the white line and if no driving past the white line, how can park opposite it causing obstruction to traffic?!

oh. and even in private estate, it depends whether the road has a name or not leh. if road has name, it is a public road in a private estate and is governed under the same RTA and Parking Places Act leh.
as for parking ticket without composition amount, i suspect you kanna 413. got to wait for 403 to indicate fine amount before payment. most likely not a TP who fine you. must be a PO.
sigh. i also must go temple to pray this month. a lot of senseless money outputs.

wait…. illegal parking got deduct demerits wan meh?! sure or not. anyway, if really deduct then just ask a driver who seldom drives to say they park la. at least save ur demerit pts.
