If we always proclaim we possessed talents, what is your utilization rate of it?
Did you really give any thing your best shot?
Well this clip is always a good reminder to myself before i go for my jog.

Facing the Enemies Within
We are not born with courage, but neither are we born with fear. Maybe some of our fears are brought on by our own experiences, by what someone has told us, by what we’ve read in the papers. Some fears are valid, like walking alone in a bad part of town at two o’clock in the morning. But once we learn to avoid that situation, we won’t need to live in fear of it.
Fears, even the most basic ones, can totally destroy our ambitions. Fear can destroy fortunes. Fear can destroy relationships. Fear, if left unchecked, can destroy our lives. Fear is one of the many enemies lurking inside us.
Let me tell you about five of the other enemies we face from within. The first enemy that we’ve got to destroy before it destroys us is indifference. What a tragic disease this is. The man says, “Ho-hum, let it slide. I’ll just drift along.” But here’s one problem with drifting: we can’t drift our way to the top of the mountain.
The second enemy we face is indecision. Indecision is the thief of opportunity and enterprise. It will steal our chances for a better future. Take a sword to this enemy.
The third enemy inside is doubt. Sure, there’s room for healthy skepticism. We can’t believe everything. But we also can’t let doubt take over. Many people doubt the past, doubt the future, doubt each other, doubt the government, doubt the possibilities and doubt the opportunities. Worse of all, they doubt themselves. I’m telling you, doubt will destroy your life and your chances of success. It will empty both your bank account and your heart. Doubt is an enemy. Go after it. Get rid of it.
The fourth enemy within is worry. We’ve all got to worry some. Just don’t let it conquer you. Instead, let it alarm you. Worry can be useful. If you step off the curb in New York City and a taxi is coming, you’ve got to worry. But you can’t let worry loose like a mad dog that drives you into a small corner. Here’s what you’ve got to do with your worries: drive them into a small corner. Whatever is out to get you, you’ve got to get it. Whatever is pushing on you, you’ve got to push back.
The fifth interior enemy is over-caution. It is the timid approach to life. Timidity is not a virtue (unlike humility - they are different); in fact, it can be an illness. If you let it go, it’ll conquer you. Timid people don’t get promoted. They don’t advance and grow and become powerful in the marketplace. You’ve got to avoid over-caution.
Do battle with the enemy. Do battle with your fears. Build your courage to fight what’s holding you back, what’s keeping you from your goals and dreams. Be courageous in your life and in your pursuit of the things you want and the person you want to become.

Just read this the other day.
I think it is really a great piece of writing to share. Even though my friends generally are more keen to read if my phone drop into the toliet bowl……

The Ant Philosophy by Jim Rohn
I think everybody should study ants. They have an amazing four-part philosophy, and here is the first part: ants never quit. That’s a good philosophy. If they’re headed somewhere and you try to stop them; they’ll look for another way. They’ll climb over, they’ll climb under, they’ll climb around. They keep looking for another way. What a neat philosophy, to never quit looking for a way to get where you’re supposed to go.
Second, ants think winter all summer. That’s an important perspective. You can’t be so naive as to think summer will last forever. So ants are gathering in their winter food in the middle of summer.
An ancient story says, “Don’t build your house on the sand in the summer.” Why do we need that advice? Because it is important to think ahead. In the summer, you’ve got to think storm. You’ve got to think rocks as you enjoy the sand and sun.
The third part of the ant philosophy is that ants think summer all winter. That is so important. During the winter, ants remind themselves, “This won’t last long; we’ll soon be out of here.” And the first warm day, the ants are out. If it turns cold again, they’ll dive back down, but then they come out the first warm day. They can’t wait to get out.
And here’s the last part of the ant philosophy. How much will an ant gather during the summer to prepare for the winter? All he possibly can. What an incredible philosophy, the “all-you-possibly-can” philosophy.
Wow, what a great philosophy to have - the ant philosophy. Never give up, look ahead, stay positive and do all you can.

The Law of large numbers is a probability fundamental concept that i often use to remark upon other people success in life minor/major challenges.
The fundamental concept of law of large number is simply to gather enough sample size and such SD will be near to the population SD. Let me use the fellow who get lotsa sex version to explain.
The lucky fellow Version.
Someone told me about his lucky friend who got lucky with a different woman every week. What other people do not see is the frequency of clubvisits weekly, the amount of women and general quality his friend try to hit upon. This lucky fellow is an example of the law, with enough tries~he keep going till he suceed. However comparing the sucess rate, it may just will be a 1-2% hit rate. The difference is the fellow simply try hard enough and move on after every rejections.
So Life is not fair huh..
And of cos one will will heard about that yandao/charming fellow who always have a 50% hit success rate. before you rebuke Law of Large number, understand that in such instance other laws such as LAW OF TRUELY LARGE NUMBER or AVERAGE VS MARGINAL EFFECT comes into play.
For example,a society employs the very best scientists first, and conducts research in the most worthwhile areas first, then the average return will be higher than the marginal return. Likewise the fellow who is either damm yandao, damm funny(Think PK), damm rich(Think DF) or simply his boner damm big(Think Fey). If you are do not possess the above qualities, then just go back to first rule~ try and try again (Think Me)
Conclusion.
Stop yakking about failed attempts in life and go out and try somemore. After all with the law of large number in place, the “Yes, let’s get a room” will come sooner or later….
Just Believe in it for success is build upon failure.
This sick post was inspired by many people over the week…
I decided to add a new category for my sharings or nagging as most will says.
Today i shall talk this chinese phase~ 要成功,先发疯,头脑简单,往前冲!!!!!
The above phase can be applied to all life situations.
I think most of the times people do not realised it’s simply about not knowing when is giving up. Just drill all your focus and do not get distracted, thou success will come ur way.
